1. GETTING IN TOUCH
It may seem basic, but we appreciate talking to our future families. The aim is to get to know each other and to get to know you so that we can check
that the puppies we bring into the world match your expectations and that you can check that our way of breeding matches what you expect. We will send you all the photos and proof you need to be
reassured.
You can contact us
2. BOOK
Once we have mutually agreed that our puppies are right for you and you like our kennel, we will draw up a reservation form at any time via a dedicated web link that we will
provide you with.
An adoption questionnaire will help us to understand your expectations. Please read all the available documents (Terms and Conditions, Commitment and Knowledge Certificate in particular) before
sending us your reservation.
Once your reservation has been accepted, you will receive your reservation form by email, which you must return to us signed (electronic signature possible) with the deposit by bank transfer.
Upon receipt, we will send you our puppy welcome booklet and welcome you to our private group on DISCORD.
3. GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER
Even if your puppy isn't born yet, you can talk to us, exchange ideas, ask us questions or help us to get to know you better. This is how we'll build
trust between us and create a wonderful future relationship for the well-being of your future companion.
4. TRAINING
When the time comes, we'll suggest a date for the ‘Preparing to Welcome Your Puppy’ evenings, as soon as at least 2 families are interested (maximum 4).
5. EQUIPPING
We offer you the option to add optional products to your starter pack and receive a 10% discount. Products must be ordered before the puppies are 1 month old to give us
time to manage stock and supplier orders. We also offer you our breeder rates with professional suppliers. Now is the time to treat yourself while supporting a small business!
6. CHOOSE
Your puppy is born, you've been able to follow the progress of the litter on our Facebook group, and at around 6 weeks old it's time to make your choice, in line with
your answers to the adoption questionnaire and your expectations. Everything is done in partnership between you and us. You know what you want, we know what the puppies are like. Discussions lead
to selection, which is why it's so important to get to know each other and to trust each other.
7. GO
D-Day arrives, and our puppies all leave at the same time on the 1st Saturday lunchtime after their 8 or 9 weeks, when we consider that they are physiologically and
emotionally weaned. All the families are invited at the same time for a big Spanish meal (everyone brings a little something to share). We get to know each other, answer any last questions, and
share this extraordinary moment, followed by grooming for the puppies before the big departure.
If you're coming from far away, our guest rooms are available for overnight stays on Friday or Saturday evenings.
8. DELIVER
Do you live too far away or even abroad? We can arrange for the puppy to be delivered by us or by an approved carrier. Just ask us. If travelling by plane, please allow
for the ‘airplane’ package in addition to the price of the puppy.
9. ENJOY
That's it, baby has arrived, now it's your turn to give us your news and above all, don't hesitate to ask us any more questions, we're here to answer them and accompany
you through the little difficulties and great joys you'll experience with your little Kertanhyys.
