1. GETTING IN TOUCH
It may seem basic, but we appreciate talking to our future families. The aim is to get to know each other and to get to know you so that we can check
that the puppies we bring into the world match your expectations and that you can check that our way of breeding matches what you expect. We will send you all the photos and proof you need to be
reassured.
You can contact us
2. BOOK
Once we mutually agree that our puppies suit you and our kennel pleases you, we establish a reservation form at any time up to 1 year before the birth of the puppies.
You send us your surname, first name, address, telephone number and email address in writing (email, text message, etc.) and we send you back, preferably by email (post is also possible), the
booking form with an adoption questionnaire to help us understand your expectations, the certificate of commitment and knowledge of the needs of the species, etc... Once everything has been
received, we will send you our welcome booklet for the puppy and welcome you to our private Facebook group.
3. GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER
Even if your puppy isn't born yet, you can talk to us, exchange ideas, ask us questions or help us to get to know you better. This is how we'll build
trust between us and create a wonderful future relationship for the well-being of your future companion.
4. TRAINING
If you have chosen to take the ‘Welcoming a puppy’ training course, we will propose a date as soon as we have at least 2 families concerned.
5. EQUIPPING
We offer you a very complete puppy kit with 10% discount and gifts. In the puppy kit, you'll find everything you need for your puppy's diet, health (digestion,
worming, internal and external care), grooming, household equipment, etc.
Products must be ordered before the puppies are 1 month old to give us time to manage stocks and supplier orders.
You can also take advantage of our breeders' prices from professional suppliers.
Now is the time to treat yourself and support a small business!
6. CHOOSE
Your puppy is born, you've been able to follow the progress of the litter on our Facebook group, and at around 6 weeks old it's time to make your choice, in line with
your answers to the adoption questionnaire and your expectations. Everything is done in partnership between you and us. You know what you want, we know what the puppies are like. Discussions lead
to selection, which is why it's so important to get to know each other and to trust each other.
7. GO
D-Day arrives, and our puppies all leave at the same time on the 1st Saturday lunchtime after their 8 or 9 weeks, when we consider that they are physiologically and
emotionally weaned. All the families are invited at the same time for a big Spanish meal (everyone brings a little something to share). We get to know each other, answer any last questions, and
share this extraordinary moment, followed by grooming for the puppies before the big departure.
If you're coming from far away, our guest rooms are available for overnight stays on Friday or Saturday evenings.
8. DELIVER
Do you live too far away or even abroad? We can arrange for the puppy to be delivered by us or by an approved carrier. Just ask us.
9. ENJOY
That's it, baby has arrived, now it's your turn to give us your news and above all, don't hesitate to ask us any more questions, we're here to answer them and accompany
you through the little difficulties and great joys you'll experience with your little Kertanhyys.
